Building Health Monitoring Using Remote Sensing Technology

 Objective

Develop a frame work for a stochastic design of the monitoring system to avoid, or at least mitigate the impact posed by a threat. The proposed early warning system will allow people to begin their research work again on the roof of W. Kerr Scott Hall.
